Graduation Portraits

more than we realize.
I didn’t realize it until I had a 6th grader myself—but graduating from our Mad River Valley elementary schools is a huge deal.
If your child started in P3, your family has been part of the same school community for nearly a decade. This is where their friendships were built. Where your own village formed. I’ve made some of my best friends through other parents at our school—and now it’s time to say goodbye to that chapter.
This is more than a milestone for your child—it’s a big one for you, too.
Next year brings a new school, new routines, new growth. And while it’s exciting, it’s also bittersweet.
That’s why I created these graduation mini sessions: to capture this beautiful end-of-an-era moment, in a way that’s relaxed, meaningful, and just a little more special than the usual school portraits.
I know it’s a crazy season—sports, concerts, last-day picnics. But in just 15 minutes, you can freeze this moment before it slips by. It doesn’t have to be complicated to be meaningful.

Dates will based on the weather, so I’m starting with a waitlist to gauge interest and make scheduling easier. When a date looks good, I’ll email the waitlist 3 days in advance and you can book your time slot then.
Also open to 12th grade graduates
If your high school senior didn’t get the chance to have senior portraits done, this is a wonderful way to celebrate their graduation too. Just make a note when you join the waitlist!
