That’s exactly what I got to experience during my branding photography session with Stephanie Grace Ceramics. Stephanie is a Vermont-based ceramic artist who creates stunning handmade pottery, each piece crafted with care and intention. Her work is both elegant and earthy, perfectly balancing form and function.
Behind the Scenes of the Session
When Stephanie reached out about branding photography, we wanted to create images that truly reflected her artistry and the essence of her business. During our session, I photographed Stephanie in her studio, capturing the heart of her work: slab-building techniques, her hands carefully shaping and refining each form.
We also made sure to include images of her finished pieces styled beautifully, ready for customers to bring into their homes. The session was relaxed, allowing her to work naturally while I documented the story of her craft.
Just as important as showcasing her work was photographing Stephanie herself.
